那些会表演的可不是乞讨，人家好歹也付出了劳动。我一般都会帮他们。可是那些跪在路边一动不动的人就难说了，有很多都是假的。一天下来碰上几个像你这么有同情心的人收获可是不小啊。所以现在职业乞丐越来越多了。另外，最怕的就是前面说的那些有组织犯罪性质的乞丐团伙，他们除了拐卖妇女儿童以外，还有可能打着乞讨的幌子，干些偷抢的坏事。这是治安中的大问题。

The ones who do performances aren't beggars. At least they are putting in some effort. Generally, I help them out. But as for those who kneel at the side of the road, completely motionless, it's harder to say. A lot of them are fake. In a single day, if they bump into a couple empathetic people like you, they can make a pretty penny. So these days, there are more and more professional beggars. Plus, the scariest ones are those we just talked about. Some are organized criminal gangs of beggars. Besides trafficking in women and children, they may also do bad things like stealing under the pretense of begging. This is a big problem for public safety.

Maybe that kind of scary atmosphere can subconsciously stimulate the secrets in people's hearts and create terror. The suspense in scary movies can also envelop the audience. Japanese movies also display very distinctive traditions of Japanese and Eastern mysticism. The stars are often pretty or coquettish girls, both beautiful and scary. While they are often cruel and evil, they can also make people empathize and feel sorry for them. The power of the evil in Japanese movies hints at the darkness in people's hearts. So even though they aren't so gory that you want to puke, the movies can make people feel fear and unease in their spirit. It's unadulterated psychological torture. We should say that it is terror in the truest sense of the word.

I've collected a lot of Chaplin movies. Chaplin was always deeply sympathetic toward the little guy and the out of work, and made fun of capitalism and the powers that be.
