October 26, 2007 at 11:25 PMThis dictionary seems to have many entries but missing some translations. I've just try "random" and get 博马尔 which is the chinese transliteration of some french names like Beaumarchais or Bon-Marchés. As there is no definition, should I write the definition myself ?

September 20, 2007 at 11:14 PMAmber, I think you can add a new section in this series of "Dear Amber" to encourage active participation of the Poddies. It could be 做可爱的外国人. You will present an embarrassing or strange situation (some kind of cultural shock for a westerner) and let us find in the discussion the best way to answer, the best way to give face or the best way to react (to respond).

September 17, 2007 at 9:22 PMIn Spain, if you ask "¿Piensas que soy un turista?", you won't miss the "sí señor". That's the same in France with the famous "Vous me prenez pour un touriste ?". Because only tourists could ask this sort of question.

But there's no need to put them here. It's easier to just type "Chinesepod" in the Youtube-search. My favourites are: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLK4ascUlzs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WymYcOMMEjw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wx-aKtNUtc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S5YMxqUnPtg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8POGv5b15IM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRUfdkYkJZc
