January 18, 2008 at 2:32 PM鲁克莱 （lǔkèlái) is the short version 鲁克莱齐亚 （lǔkèláiqíyà) which is the official transliteration of Lucrezia, Lucrecia and Lucresia. Lucrezia, Lucrecia and Lucresia are female first names in Italy.

What we hear in this podcast is mostly about north-americans and north-american point of view. For the squat, that's quite easy and don't need any kind of preparation. But it's not working if you keep your knees together in a shy way. You just need to spread you legs ... WIDELY.
