As always, Goulniky was very quick. His explanation for the pronunciation of the french "U" in deja vu seems quite good and moreover it's in chinese. I couldn't do better.

For Candlemas, I have to make some crepes with this chinese vanilla oil. For the quantity, there's no indication on the label but one spoon of oil per liter of pasta sounds alright to me. Any experience with this chemical vanilla ? huile-de-vanille

In the following video there's a different pronunciation of 精彩 (jīngkǎi). Is it an alternative pronunciation or is it only taiwanese ? Cpod的世界很精彩 Cpod的世界很无奈
