November 9, 2011 at 2:20 PMseems to be another 省略 (shěnglǜe: omission) of 知道, which could be added to the end.

November 9, 2011 at 1:45 PMI don't really hear the 了 either. Although I would certainly add it to the sentence if I was saying something similar.
If you listen to the sentence below, it also has 成了 together and the 了 is only slightly more pronounced.
Regardless, It is important to take note that if you are using 原來 followed by a change of status (like the three examples) there is going to be a 了 somewhere to make the sentence complete.

November 9, 2011 at 2:45 AMveronique21,
The 了 isn't always used in 越來越 patterns, however, as John said, if there is a real change taking place (change of state) then you need to add 了. Here are some examples of 越來越 without the 了.
我們的生活越來越好.
我的歌唱得越來越好.
我越來越愛我太太.
這些天,他越來越緊張 (这些天,他越来越紧张)
Some other points about 越来越:
After 越来越, you can only add 形容词 (adjectives) or 状态动词 (stative verbs).
Also, you can not add adverbs to raise the degree of the situation. For example:
风越来越非常大了 (adding 非常 is incorrect).
我越来越很爱我的太太 (adding 很 to indicate degree is incorrect).
