是的，中国的物流基础设施相对西方国家来说还比较脆弱。我国的高速公路只有美国的三分之一。有些地区的公路质量很好，但有的地区公路低于标准水平。火车更多的是载人，而不是运载货物。港口也是如此，大量船舶的进出时常导致港口拥堵。好在政府也越来越重视运输基础设施的建设，也投入了大量的人力物力和财力。正在修建中的洋山深水港工程，不就是为了优化物流基础设施而建造的嘛。相信这个大航运中心建成之后，我国物流的发展也会再上一个新台阶。

Yes. Compared with Western countries, China's logistical infrastructure is pretty fragile. We only have one third as many highways as America. The quality of the highways in some areas is really good, but in some areas it's substandard. Trains carry mostly people, not goods. Harbors are the same way. The large number of boats coming and going often leads to congestion. The good news is, the government is taking the construction of transport infrastructure more and more seriously, and they've invested a lot of human, material, and financial resources. The Yangshan Deep-Water harbor currently in construction is being built to optimize the logistical infrastructure. I'm confident that once this shipping center is built, Chinese logistics will be able to go to the next level.
