September 1, 2017 at 10:23 AMI didn't realise but maybe "peckish" is just British English. I understand it to mean slightly but not very hungry, but for 嘴馋 my dictionary gives "gluttonous; ravenous" which is obviously quite different. Maybe someone can clarify this.
