我觉得这些人物是普遍的，每个地方都有。可是工作在这种机构的人肯定对公家也有自己的想法和类别。 应该是一种恶性循环。人都等着，等着半天办事，终于才能见面办事，还没说一句话可是心情已经坏了。公务员一天到晚处理生气的人的事情，结果会发展一些心理性自我保护机制很自然。不知道怎么能解决，也许要多学习<<人性的弱点>>那本书！
