No you must have a work visa.

You may conduct meetings etc with a BUSINESS visa, but you cannot “WORK” or earn a income in China.

 

You must also have ALL the other official paperwork from the Chinese government and your employer in China to “WORK”

If it is a farmed animal or a wild animal we eat it!!

provided the animal is killed in a humane way I have no objection to it being eaten.

Yes I have eaten: Dog, Horse, camel, crocodile,snake, Kangaroo, goat, deer and many other creatures.

I love food !!! and beer !!!! that's vegetarian??

we are meat lovers

I don't get how this is different from farming chicken, cattle, rabbits, kangaroos, etc in other countries. As long as we are not hunting endangered wild animals (like whales), its fine by me.

The plug is not a problem if you come from a land down under!!!

The rest of the world needs to catch up to China & Australia !!!! He He He !!

Most laptops have switch mode power supplies that work on all voltages and frequencie around the world.

Like every where know your price for a taxi?? and you will not get ripped off!!
My last trip to Shanghai I used the Mag lev and used a legal Taxi to go to hotel (I had taxi details slip from controller at the rank) he did not want to use meter, when I spoke Chinese and told him what the price was he stopped and an transferred my bags to another taxi!! I gave that cab driver a good tip as he used the meter and went direct to hotel.
On another instance I switched off and cleared the meter the  got out of the cab, I new the price on the meter was wrong for where we were on the trip, The driver finally took me for the correct price to the location, This time no tip!!
Another cab driver hounded me at the airport on day.wanted me to use his cab? My Chinese was not so good then, he had recognized me because he new my friend and wanted to take me FREE to my hotel.
He was thanked and also got paid!!
Always tip a taxi and thank them for good service.

we also have a birthday on the 21 December in our home....No Christmas cards are allowed to be displayed until the 22 nd ...also the Christmas tree is not allowed to be put up until after the birthday....

There wii be no ....aaaaaaaand for Christmas!!

to all who have birthdays in this period take you day!!!! it is yours Christmas can wait!!!

Well Christmas is  done ....in Australia !!! Boxing day is finished (Today 26 th ) Just as busy as Christmas day !!!

Nice sunny days none of that snow stuff!! Good beach weather

I have eaten tooooo much and drank Toooo much beer and wine.

It has been a great family event! with all generations getting together. Even found time to go to Church!!!  and make the leggo sets, play the DS and load the MP3 players .....now I need a BIG sleep!!!!

you have not had a good coffe until you taste it from GUATEMALA ....you get a hangover from more than 3 cups per day .... great stuff, worked there for a short time it took a long time to get over the withdrawl ... Starbucks is over priced and I just don't like it When in China I am a green tea drinker ...only the good stuff. you get what you pay for with the tea!!! not like Starbucks!
