Constance said she likes to stay home and watch the 转播. I'd always heard that 直播 is for a live broadcast. Could you explain the difference between 直播 and 转播? Thanks.

yìsi shì yī gè yuè de zūjīn liǎng qiān wǔbǎi kuài dàngzuò yājīn, fángzū sān ge yuè fù yīcì, kěyǐ jiēshòu ma?
It means that you pay a month's rent, RMB2500, as a deposit, and then you pay rent once every three months. Is that OK for you?

In the discussion (and as I'd understood previously), it sounds like 押一付三 means that you put down a one-month deposit, and pay three months' rent right away, but then after that it's month to month. The translation of the sentence above says that it means that the tenant continues to pay three months at a time on an ongoing basis. Could you please clarify? Thanks.

I have found that the vocabulary used in explaining the dialogues is usually different from the vocabulary found within the dialogues. The most useful thing I found in terms of moving up the levels is to play a few lessons very slowly and look up all the Chinese words used during the discussion that I didn't understand. If something seems particularly useful or comes up a few times I add it into my personal vocabulary list to memorize (I use Anki). Doing this I soon found that listening to the Chinese part of the discussions became much easier.

Could you tell me what function 倒 is playing in this sentence?

那你倒说说看有机食品究竟有什么优点，让我长长见识。

Also, in the sentence:

我想我从小到大应该已经吃了不少农药了，但也没啥感觉就是了。

I think that I've already eaten a lot of pesticides growing up, but I just don't really feel much about it.

What does也没啥感觉就是了 mean? Is the speaker saying they don't feel ill? Are they saying they know it's bad but don't care? What is the exact meaning of没啥感觉, and how does就是了 affect it?
