有一天,河边的渔夫认出了屈原,两人就谈起话来。
yǒu yī tiān ,hébiān de yúfū rènchū le Qū Yuán ,liǎng rén jiù tán qǐ huà lái 。
One day, a fisherman by the river recognised Qu Yuan and the two men began to talk.
屈原被放逐以后,常常在河边徘徊吟诗他的神情十分憔悴,身形也变得比以前瘦弱。
Qū Yuán bèi fàngzhú yǐhòu ,chángcháng zài hébiān páihuái yínshī tā de shénqíng shífēn qiáocuì ,shēnxíng yě biànde bǐ yǐqián shòu ruò 。
After Qu Yuan's banishment, he was often found pacing up and down the riverside reciting poetry. His expression was ghostly and ashen. He also started to become thin and weak.
屈原本来是楚国的重要官员,后来因为被奸臣陷害,得罪了楚王,就被放逐到了汉水以北的地方。
Qū Yuán běnlái shì Chǔguó de zhòngyào guānyuán ,hòulái yīnwèi bèi jiānchén xiànhài ,dézuì le Chǔ wáng ,jiù bèi fàngzhú dào le hànshuǐ yǐběide dìfang 。
Qu Yuan was an very important official in the state of Chu. He was later framed by treacherous state officials and ended up offending the king. He was then banished to the northern regions of the Han River.

The fisherman left just like that and did not utter another word to Qu Yuan.
