But there are some foods that we Chinese people think nothing of eathing, such as chicken feet and snakes, that foreigners are simply unable to accept.

That's certainly a big change. Actually, a lot of things that we Chinese eat, such as animal innards and live seafood strike foreigners as very strange, even disgusting or horrifying. But a lot of Chinese people actually think that the weirder something is, the tastier it is.
