Heh, my mistake, must be a partial 啊, as covered here http://chinesepod.com/lessons/ending-your-sentence-with-啊-呀-a-ya

Does anyone think it's pronounced enough to be included in the text, though?

I heard it in shanghai a few times. I remember making a note of it, since we are usually taught to avoid 你好吗 like the plague...

In US English "return ticket" means "there and back", while "return trip ticket" means "back only", is this the confusion?

A very timely lesson, good job guys.

A quick question I've had for a long time, but only christallized now-- how do you choose the supplemental vocab?

In particular, I noticed it has some lexical chunks, -- to watch tv, and city with province, two relevant words, city and Country and one completely out of left field city name. Just wondering, how did this come about?

Why, for example, a lexical/grammar detail on where the time goes in a go/去 sentence did not make the cut, although discussed on the air?

>Yeah, C'mon CPod - tell us how these snappy dialogues of yours get produced?

heh, a slight aside -- at least both this one here and Pimsleur are better than some other examples from a local Beijing school like "Poor people sell babies." -- now that was a pearl.

Can't find valuable lexis 终于、一连、正好、讲道理 anywhere in the review tools -- not in vocab, not in expansion. Hosts spent some time explaining each one in the lesson, so this lexis must be somewhat important, yet I cannot make a review plan without any references on the website :( Please add these items to the website!

JP was kind enough to mention 讲道理 in the discussion, but it's hardly efficient for review material generation

Agreed, could definitely have covered the other announcements instead of repeating the same exact pattern three times. This must have been an Elementary lesson when it was designed, doesn't quite cut it at intermediate level though. Really wish could sort lessons by user review, has anyone figured out how to do it?
