July 2, 2007 at 2:15 AMHenning, You don't help Chinesepod by deprecating feedback. Also, your feedback is always very "nice" to Chinesepod. However negative feedback, customers complaining, ("whining" as you would say) are much more valuable. I'd love to manage a company with lots of customers complaining. It means that they need my service, that there is no better competing solution at the present time, and it helps define the development road map.
