However it's an intermediate lesson and the character 沾 is simple.

February 6, 2012 at 9:23 AM“实在” is an adverb while “真的” is a compound of the adjective "真“ + 的。
“真的” can be used alone. For example:
A: 真的吗？- Really?
B: 真的，我真的看见他了。- Really. I actually saw him.
“实在” cannot be used in this way.
Additionally, there are some situations in which “真的“ and “实在“ can both be used interchangeably, but there are also some where only one can be used.
Take a look at the examples below:
我真的知道。- I really do know.（You can't say：我实在知道。）
我真的看见他了。- I actually saw him.（You can't say：我实在看见他了.)
你真的要走吗？- Do you really want to go?（You can't say：你实在要走吗？）
