Auntie, More general complaints or issues could be posted in the Conversations section, with new threads under their own headings. In that way they wouldn't affect the lesson discussions.

Xiaohu, We read all comments and take most of them on board. This doesn't mean we can always follow up on every request, but we understand that there is value in every opinion. I will certainly look at at Henning's suggestion. I'm not happy that the discussion has tended at times to degenerate into personal attack recently. This wasn't the case in the past. We lived and breathed feedback in the past, but it all remained very civil. Ultimately it's about individual choice and responsibility. Constructive criticism is always welcome, but I think we need to avoid the personal and respect the fact that not everyone has the same opinions. I also think that general complaints don't really belong in the lesson comments because they can hijack the discussion. If people have something to share they could create a post on the topic and take it from there.

We plan to keep innovating these audio extras. Having the time to delve into items with more time/depth (but without too much complexity) is a different experience - from my perspective, that is. I'm interested to hear your sugestions on how we could develop/extend this format.

I found The Fix really useful in this lesson. It really does help get your brain around a different way of thinking.

All feedback (of the constructive type, of course) is welcome, but it is nice to see the sterling support from Man2Toe, TaiPan, and others. For those of you who have publicly offered such support for us here, I say - Thank you very much. I appreciate it.

AZERDocMom, That is precisely how I take them. Why would I possibly want to complain when I'm learning so much from the community of users? Keep that feedback coming, please.
