I guess the culture around here is one of collaboration between the designers of the program and the users. we appreciate every bit of feedback and I can promise you that the team has given its absolute best here to act upon it - people have been in the factory until 11:30PM consistently for almost 2 weeks. As someone pointed out, language learning has its own growing pains, and so do we: this collection of tools has never been done before. You just won't find them anywhere else becuase they're new. So, yes, we're pushing as hard as we can and yes, there are some problems, but I believe we are uncovering new levels of value as quickly as we can. We tested absolutely everything, but live is live. It's not really possible to give 100% guarantees. Obviously you can make your own choice about subscribing.

April 14, 2007 at 2:00 AM@user7370 The logic of the Study section works like this: By choosing on a lesson you automatically go to the 'Discussion' tab. From there, you can move from left to right across the other red tabs - Dialogue, Vocab, Expansion, Exercises. This is much easier and straightforward than before.
