More examples, 他所做的 tā suǒ zuò de（what he has done），我所经历的（what I have experienced）wǒ suǒ jīnglì de etc.

@christine30550, festival subsidy is supposed to be paid before a festival, eg, Mid-autumn Day, Spring Festival. But not all the companies in China offer their employees this festival subsidy. Actually, I think only some country-owned companies are offering this. There is no such concept in any foreign-invested or foreign-owned companies here. Oh, I'm not sure how much, maybe 200RMB-300RMB a festival, but there is one thing I'm quite sure, the compensation of Spring festival is not a small amount...

July 20, 2009 at 2:38 AM@cinese, question1:what's the difference between "要是" and "...的话", we always say this structure "要是...的话", there is no difference between the two words, 'cause they are always put together, eg, "要是不下雨的话，我们...", "要是真的丢了的话，我就得..."
question2: how to say to start a meeting?开开会? start a meeting, 可以说，我们开会吧！wǒmen kāihuì ba！也可以说 “开始开会” kāishǐ kāihuì.
question3: 也可以说：我要去开会。wǒ yào qù kāihuì
@xiaophil, "pls move over", 可以说 "请让让", "请让一下" "qǐng ràngrang", "qǐng ràng yīxià", 这样更礼貌一些。
