Is that specially for Hip Hop? If so, you can call it "街舞服". or you can just call it "连帽休闲服" in general. There is actually no specific separate term for "hoodi " in Chinese.

The rules of the street numbers here usually is :
东西向马路-----东面为小号，西面为大号， 路南为单号，路北为双号。
南北向马路-----南面为小号，北面为大号， 路东为单号，路西为双号。

Just a samll correction to the sentence "我在骑车应答手机。可是不用耳机。"here:
"我在骑车的时候接手机了,可是没用耳机。"（ I have answered my phone while riding my bike. But I didn't use earphones.）
"To pick up / answer the phone" in Chinese is “接(jie1)电话”。

Hmm... to be honest, 我还真没听说过那个节日---wo3 hai2 zhen1 mei2 ting1shuo1 guo nage jie2ri4.(I've really never heard of that festival)
I just googled and I think 现在我知道了。
In Chinese, Guy Fawkes Night is called 盖伊.福克斯之夜 (gai4yi1. fu2ke4si1 zhi1ye4)
