I would suggest that to begin with, for now you can just focus on one intermediate lesson together with two or three elementary lessons per week. You can arrange your study time in the following manner:

two-thirds of your study time would be spent on the intermediate lesson, and one-third on the elementary lessons. Having the extra time to go over the more difficult lesson will prevent any frustrations you might feel with the 中级课。

The best way to go about studying the intermediate lessons is to first listen to the dialogue as many times as possible--not expecting to understand every single word. Just let yourself slowly get used to the speed of the conversation. Then, after that, you can start to study the dialogue more intensively--figure out all the new words and expressions, and the sentence patterns in the text. After that, go back to listening to the dialogue again and I believe you'll be pleased to hear something you just learned. For the first one or two months, just keep do the lessons at a comparatively slower pace, and have patience. Believe in yourself, you'll get it!
