It's more objective than with "western" polite(correct)ness, which looks after implications, or complications. If you already have something, you can say it straight without explaining. It's 先来后到, no matter whom your heart gives priority to. 即便一个女孩不答应跟我吃晚饭而发给我一个短信说 "晚上我有事", 难道我会生气吗 ? Well, forget it, I just wanted to say that I’m back and still not humble. 呵呵

Is it frozen to the point that you'd get one when you're on a date (so that you might break the ice) ? Anyway, it's 冻咖啡 for sure.
