When I had my acupuncture treatment, my daughter asked why they did not put a bandage on every spot where a needle is withdrawn (like when she gets an immunization shot). I said no because I do not want to look like an Egyptian mummy!

They also mentioned that they were experimenting on Acupuncture Face Lifting treatment. They used 100 needles.

Actually I think Chinese are quite health conscious, and the YMCA we go to teaches Tai Chi. This teaches us to be in harmony with our chi, which is very much a Chinese philosophy.

The Hispanics love parties and grow up dancing, and you will see them doing Zumba. Even the muscular men who are lifting weights will dance to the rhythm.

The westerners believe in technology and love to challenge themselves, and the gym is filled with fitness machines. They tend to be confrontational with their bodies.

In Florida there are many lakes, swamps, beaches and swimming pools. My daughter's pediatrician urged us to let my daughter learn to swim before she went to kindergarten. This has been a wise advice because there are many potentials for water sports here for fun and leisure!
