April 19, 2012 at 10:18 PMThe most common complaints that I heard from people are those who live in apartment complex. People who live below are bothered by the footsteps of children running above and some couples fight, get quite violent with each other and wake their neighbors at the middle of the night.
As for party disturbances, we have campus police who checks on loud parties and normally arrest underage drinking (below 21 years old) or drug use. I understand students get quite unruly during Spring Break. Police are quite patient in dealing with them because although they are already grown but they do not behave like adult either. I understand that most of them are actually more afraid of their parents than the police!
