In 太酷了, the second character sounds exactly like 'cool'. More literally, it can be translated as "[That's] too cool!"

(E.g. gei3 ni3 hao3you3 jia1 cai4 - sorry I can't write Chinese right now)
Most of my Chinese friends seem to feel awkward when I attempt this. I wouldn't recommend it with just anyone! :)
Edit: Wait a sec... my dictionary is giving me a couple of different tones for the han4zi4. Anyone know which is in more common use? Jia1 or jia2?

December 20, 2014 at 8:20 PM排空这个词让我有点不清楚。。。其他词典(nciku.com; mdbg.net)都说是”fly up to the sky"，然后cPod的翻译是“empty”...
那么。。。可以说“这个盒子是排空的”吗？可以这么说的话，意思是“里面没什么东西”，是吧？要不，他的意思是“盒子在空中里飞翔”？
有人能帮我更加明白“排空”的意思吗？
