December 12, 2014 at 8:03 AMI've met a lot of pro-PC and a lot of not-so-PC mainlanders. Most of the teachers I've studied with have seemed very PC. A fair amount of the mainlanders I've worked with also seemed really PC, and really pleasant to be around.
It's a real mixed bag. Hey - with that many people, how could it not be? :)

过 + 日子 = lit. to pass the days, fig. to spend one's days [doing smth...]
过好日子 = lit. to pass the days in a good way, fig. to live out a good life
混 + 日子 = lit. to drift [through] the days, fig. to be wasting one's life
Any feedback would be appreciated! :)
