April 2, 2015 at 6:30 PMI see that 卡 is listed as "stuck" in the vocabulary, but it might have been nice to just briefly mention during the discussion that 卡 is a verb here; I actually assumed from listening to the dialogue that 卡 is the Chinese word for an elevator car (thinking of the word 卡车). I only realized when listening to the extremely confusing supplementary sentences (drawer-car, pole-car) that there was something I needed to look up.

Should it not be "wèi le" instead of "wéi le"?

I notice that your yoga instructor neglected the very important instruction of keeping your shoulders pressed down. How would you say this?
I do often say 哎呦、哦、诶、哟、咦、呃，之类的词语. It gets giggles from Chinese people if they arearound.
夹 is listed as first tone in the notes, but Fiona pronounces it sometimes as first tone, sometimes as second tone. The man in the dialogue also pronounces it second tone.
Fiona's third tones are often very shallow and sound like second tones. For the purposes of instruction, it would be nice to have the third tones very clearly delineated.
