The cobra is a basic yoga pose.
首先,往前趴好,臀部夹紧、脚背贴地。
shǒuxiān ,wǎng qián pāhǎo ,túnbù jiā jǐn 、jiǎobèi tiē dì 。
First of all, you have to lay flat on your stomach, squeeze your buttocks together, with the tops of your feet pressed to the ground.
准备好以后,两手放在胸部两侧,手掌贴地。
zhǔnbèi hǎo yǐhòu ,liǎng shǒu fàng zài xiōngbù liǎngcè ,shǒuzhǎng tiē dì 。
When you're ready, put your arms by your sides, with your palms pressed to the ground.
吸气,上半身离开地板,手肘往内夹。
xīqì ,shàngbànshēn líkāi dìbǎn ,shǒuzhǒu wǎng nèi jiā 。
Breathe in, with the top of your body off the ground and push your elbows inwards.
