Duplicated Verb 动词重叠 is a very interesting Chinese grammar property. The usage of 藏藏/cang2cang2 here is to last the action of 藏/to hide and form a tone of bit stronger suggestion, recommendation and expectation, means 'really should do' or 'better to do'.

For example,

老师说的话你要听。 You should listen to what teacher says.

老师说的话你要听听。I really recommend you to listen to what teacher says.

"听" is probably a very short time action to the speaker. So he kind of 'extend' the time of the action to express a suggestion to the listner to keep doing it for an expected/better result.
