November 11, 2014 at 9:45 AMUsually, 里/里面 is relatively colloquial and vague, probably can be seen from outside, sometimes can be understand as at the back something. 内部 is more more formal, sounds more complicated and more deeper or harder to get in. There are also several fixed terms has to go with 内部, like 内部构造，内部人员，内部信息, etc.

November 5, 2014 at 3:40 PMFrom my experience, I don't feel there is a clear regional boundary between 咱们 and 我们, both are widely used in China. But I feel 咱们 is more colloquial than 我们, sounds more intimate. For example,
咱们一定要去！
我们一定要去！
Both can be translated as ' We're definitely going! '. The first sentence, with 咱们 sounds more like the 'We' includes speaker and listener, like 'you and me, we're going'. The second sentence sounds more like the 'We' only includes speaker, like 'no matter what you say, we're going.'

“我刚读了关于老年痴呆症的对话。对话里的人把他们的外公送进专门的老年康复医院，虽然他们不高兴这样做但是无可奈何。他们说外公协调能力越来越差，而且脾气也越来越暴躁。最难接受的是老年痴呆症这种病是无法治愈的，尽管现代的医学是那么发达。
外公和家里人住在一起的时候让他们生活颠倒。因为雇佣的家庭护士不忍长期照顾他，所以家里人只能无可奈何地自己照顾。因此他们的压力很大。而且外公晚上不睡觉，使得他们更加幸苦。
我觉得他们真的是没有办法，才把外公送到康复医院。康复医院有一个奇怪的名字，“康复”两个字看上去能让外公恢复健康，但实际上它不能。虽然外公的老年痴呆症不能康复，但比起家里的亲戚，那里的医生一定有经验和能力处理他的问题。他们可以每天24小时地照顾外公。
最后，我想说外公的老年痴呆症对家里人的生活影响太大了。如果外公自己能清楚的思考，或许他也会认为去康复医院是最好的选择。等我以后老了，我不希望像那样影响我家里人的生活。我要给每个人留下最美好的印象。”

每个人说说自己的理想 means everybody here, one after another has to speak
大家说说自己的理想 maybe not everyone of the listeners, speak at will
