Yes. Compared with Western countries, China's logistical infrastructure is pretty fragile. We only have one third as many highways as America. The quality of the highways in some areas is really good, but in some areas it's substandard. Trains carry mostly people, not goods. Harbors are the same way. The large number of boats coming and going often leads to congestion. The good news is, the government is taking the construction of transport infrastructure more and more seriously, and they've invested a lot of human, material, and financial resources. The Yangshan Deep-Water harbor currently in construction is being built to optimize the logistical infrastructure. After the construction of the free-trade harbor zone, the harbor zone, tariff zone, and export processing areas will be combined, and will enjoy preferential policies in tax revenue and foreign exchange in the tariff zone, export zone and export processing zone.
