可是,虽然中国的MBA教育发展还不算久,不算特别成熟和完善,但我们的确是需要大量的高级管理人才啊。MBA教育在中国一直在逐步升温。从15年前清华大学开始试点培养MBA人才,到1999年拥有颁布MBA证书资格的高校数目就已经上升到56所,到现在更是呈几何倍数增长,报考人数和毕业人才数也越来越多。我倒是很赞成在中国本土培养MBA人才,这样不仅省去了远洋学习的重重困难与麻烦,还避免了人才流失。所以呀,尽管中国的MBA教育还处于萌芽状态,我们还是要给予支持的。
