That's true. In the past ten years, following the adjustments in the global production structure, a lot of companies from developed countries have outsourced their IT services to India to keep their costs down. It just so happens that India has a really solid foundation in computer engineering. And when you add the edge that English gives them, it was only natural that it became a base for IT outsourcing. But, due to China's economic awakening and its position in the international production chain, more and more international companies are thinking that China's centrality and potential in IT cannot be underestimated. So, in the last few years, they're trying one by one to move this part of their businesses to China.
