我以前听一个美国人说过：“你有一个好的律师，你就拥有了世界上最好的法律系统。”在美国，律师可以用过去的案例，法庭上的演示，振振有词的辩护来说服陪审员。而中国的律师能做的就是把他学到的法律条文一一地说出来。然后从这些法律条文中查找可以减轻当事人罪行的可能性。因为所有的罪都规定好了，除非他能找出反驳的证据，不然他能做的真的很少。
