Yes. Compared with Western countries, China's logistical infrastructure is pretty fragile. We only have one third as many highways as America. The quality of the highways in some areas is really good, but in some areas it's substandard. Trains carry mostly people, not goods. Harbors are the same way. The large number of boats coming and going often leads to congestion.
