Of course there are risks. But if we can establish cooperative relations with the government, future risks will be at their lowest they can be. At the same time I've noticed that the government in the last few years has waived the debt of many African countries to promote good relations and remove obstacles for investing in said countries. Additionally, the government is doing a lot to aid projects in Africa. They're helping to build roads, railroads, power plants, schools, soccer stadiums, and other kinds of public facilities. There's even a country whose parliament building was built by Chinese companies. From these examples you can see the determination and confidence the government places in investment in Africa.

This is exactly the reason why I don't like the GOP: it totally ignores the people's interests. It's clearly the government's policies that failed, creating such a high national deficit, but they never admit it. Look, the health care system is on the verge of collapse, and the poor just can't afford to see a doctor. The Republican Party not only doesn't help, it even wants to control insurance rates. The Democratic Party can see the root of the problem, and advocates the expansion of insurance coverage.
