June 15, 2007 at 9:23 AMJust curious reading the comments - are people still having trouble with the PDF? It works fine for me here and if there are still issues I'd like to look into them. I've actually been really impressed with the stability of the Amazon servers for content hosting. We've had issues uploading things because of the trans-Pacific connection, but I don't think we've had even a single hour of downtime since launch. The biggest problem has probably been the chipmunk hunt: something which turned out to have been caused by ID3 tagging in iTunes. Downloading *is* noticeably slower in China than before and there is always room for improvement. Where are you based user10405? @clarence - there actually is a traditional copy of the text/html file. It is just somewhat hidden since traditional support is beta. The convention is that traditional files end "trad.html" rather than ".html". The traditional variants are stored in the same directory as the simplified files.

May 29, 2007 at 12:10 PM@LostinAsia - the traditional PDF should be the same as the simplified, and the HTML should reflect the PDF as well. Discrepancies would be related to our switching backend lesson systems on Monday. This won't get fixed tonight, but I'll look into things tomorrow morning when the office opens.
