Here 贴 tiē means "stay close to".

It's not very popular for women to call their boyfriends/lovers "big brother" in China, but calling people elder than you 姐 or 哥 has an endearing effect. It makes your relationship seem closer and more personal.

So 洋洋 can call 沈佳伟 “沈哥，佳伟哥 or 伟哥”。However, 伟哥 sounds weird.

舍 means "give up" and 得 means "get",

but "舍得" means "be willing to do/don't mind".

Actually, 不舍得 is not "stingy". For example:

他不舍得/舍不得离开女朋友。
Tā bù shěde/ shěbude líkāi nǚpéngyou.

你怎么舍得离开我？
nǐ zěnme shěde líkāi wǒ?
