If you are talking about picking up a coat at the dry cleaner, you can say:
我 来 拿 我 的 外套。
Wǒ lái ná wǒ de wàitào.
"picking up food we ordered by phone" aslo use "拿",
我 来 拿 我 订的 东西。
Wǒ lái ná wǒ dìngde dōngxi.

If you are friends, see them off at the door is OK. However it is more polite to walk with them to go downstairs.
If they are very important guest or the friends hard to meet together, you can see them off at the bus station.

呢 at the end of a sentende can soften the tone of the sentence.
1 呢 is used at the end of a question to express interrogation.
你是去上海呢，还是去台湾呢？
nǐ shì qù Shànghǎi ne, háishì qù Táiwān ne?
2 呢 is used at the end of a statement to confirm the fact, but a little bit exaggerate.
要等半小时呢！
Yào děng bànxiǎoshí ne!
电影8点才开始呢！
diànyǐng bādiǎn cái kāishǐ ne!
3 呢 is used at the end of a statement to indicate the continuation or the progression of an action or a state.
他在打游戏呢！
tā zài dǎ yóuxì ne!
