A sidenote about gaokao: Chinese students often take turtle essence or chicken essence (they come in liquid form in small bottles) before tests. It's said they increase one's focus and boost memory. Performance enhancing TCM.

Most lessons in the same level have very similar length and level of difficulty, but we do occasionally mix things up to help learners bridge. This lesson for example, will be very good for an elementary student to try out.
