April 16, 2007 at 2:30 AMLeiGaoRui, Chinese style toilet is referred to as 蹲的/dun1 de/squat style,Western style is 座的/zuo4 de/sit style. AZDocMom and H4rrydog, Toilet stuff has the same effect on me as David Letterman. Mike in Jubei, 试过/shi4 guo4 means 'have tried' or 'tried', 试/shi4 means to try. In the dialogue, 试过用。。。吗?means 'have you tried to use'? The usage of 试:我想试/wo3 xiang3 shi4/I want to try. 我想试V3.
