Regarding (在)这里(在)那里, generally, when it is used in a sentence, you need to use 在。For example, 我在这里。But when used on their own (often as a reply to a question), 在 can be dropped. For example, 车站在哪里?这里。

May 6, 2007 at 8:20 AMMan2Toe, 這裡有手機卡賣嗎? is correct. 這裡有手機卡買賣嗎? isn't. 買賣 means a 'deal' or 'business' as a noun or 'to buy and sell' as a verb. For example, 做买卖/To do business. 股东商买卖古董/Antique dealers buy and sell antiques.
