'On time' is 准时/zhun3 shi2. Do you want to say 'will you be in office on time'? If that's the case, you can say '你会准时到办公室吗?'/ni3 hui4 zhun3 shi2 dao4 ban4 gong1 shi4 ma?

马上就到 and 快要到 (or 快到) both mean 'arriving soon', because 马上 means 'soon', 'very shortly', 快means 'fast'. But of course how long that exactly is is open to interpretation.
