July 8, 2007 at 12:27 PMOne short question on one of the Expansion examples: 她剪了短发，看起来很利落。 There is no passive voice here. Does the 剪了imply she cut her hair on her own (e.g. with an electric razor in front of her mirror) or is the coiffeur implied?
