@bodawei, same thing happened in my hometown, but it's weird to have "祝你生日快乐" play so fast!

Hi tage, "粉嫩嫩" can not be used to describe a bright red "连体衣" . You're right, "粉嫩嫩" is implying a pastel color! 你还可以说:粉嫩嫩的小脸--to talk about baby face.

@pinkjeans, correct! "这课程好着呢!" "着呢”,here is to indicate you are going to tell the reason why this lesson is excellent! "吃拖鞋饭" is same to "吃软饭", it is a saying usually appears in Hongkong movies! It's interesting! :)

@pinkjeans, 我们常常说 “小心烫着”,“你要热的还是凉的", 热饮 hot drinks, “烧” can be used to say or describe hot soup, food or drinks, but it is better to use “烫” and "热“。

@bodawei, in dictionary, it is wù, but Hollywood and Bollywood are two foreign words. "好莱坞" and "宝莱坞" are transliteration from English. It is widely accepted that, "坞" pronounce wū in foreign words, but we'll keep the 4th tone in pinyin.

Hi paulinurus, thank you for pointing that out and we have met this kind of error before. Actually, we are working on this to fully optimize the system.

In the pinyin exercises, there may be a space in the middle! Pls try again to see, I think it may work!  谢谢!

@ricknog, 失业-not employed(may be fired, sacked or not willing to work, but definitely not retired)

解雇:be fired

炒鱿鱼:get sacked

不工作了:retired or not willing to work
