@tvan, I saw my roommate (Christian) pray everyday in darkness, kneeling and murmuring. Sometimes, I was scared, because I didn't know she was there. No offense to christian and my roommate, but is this the right way to pray? 是这样祷告的么？

@timsls, “参加选美的人都知道”，literally, means "all the contestents know this", but here in the dialogue, I think it indicates, they know that and they'll have plastic surgery!

My mom is really good at making this dish! Yummy! And I'm trying hard to make it single-handedly, but it turn out not so good.

@jonjar1979, I listen to that three times and it is "huíqù", I can't find the "e" sound at the end! The girl is prolonging "qù" to indicate how much she want the guy to stay. .....my understanding :)
