I just have one question, at the end you mentione 纠正 as in correcting what one has said, does this correction refer to grammar and/or pronunciation errors or does it just mean correct as in semantically as in "let me rephrase that"

April 1, 2012 at 12:14 AMif I were to say "I've always been like this" or "I've always liked classical music" but you were saying in reply to "since when have you liked classical music?" (with tone of surprise added in the English), would I say:
我一直是这样子
我一直都喜欢古典音乐
or does it sound weird in terms of this context? (emphasis on the ALWAYS)

March 13, 2012 at 4:25 AMI want to ask about the word 本身, it seems like I am hearing it very often lately and I was wondering if someone could it explain it for me, just because in this podcast it comes up quite often and I want to get a good grasp of it.

March 12, 2012 at 12:43 AM我想举几个例子来练习偏偏这个词:
我们打算今天去钓鱼,天气怎么偏偏今天就变差了
今天要参加跑赛,我的腿怎么偏偏今天就伤了
大家都回家了,怎么偏偏只有你还在这
今天要交作业,我的电脑怎么偏偏这个时候出问题了
你每天都准时回到家,你怎么偏偏今天就迟到了

April 8, 2012 at 12:13 AMFor your first two examples you could use "对“ because that's a rather simple way to say "correct" in Chinese. You can say "哪个答案是对的?” and ”他说的是对的“ or ”他说的对“. In terms of your last sentence my attempt of translating would be 请你把你真正的地址仔细写下来, but in terms of whether it not it sounds weird to a native speaker I'm not too sure.
