Thanks for the suggestion - I think it'd be really interesting to interview both students and teachers. I'll mark it down, along with your idea of interviewing the elderly, which coincidentally I had to do as a project for Chinese class years ago. It was a great experience - I definitely learned a lot!

That's a great suggestion. I've taken a note of it!

This is quite difficult, but I would think of it more as a transition from upper intermediate to advanced. We have been trying to do "high" intermediates as well, in order to help bridge the intermediate to upper intermediate shift. Glad you find it interesting!

Very strange. I'm glad it's fixed now. Let me know if you experience any similar problems and I'll be happy to look into them!

I've just listened to it and the audio review is only 11min and 35 seconds. Its order is vocab - expansions - speed it up (expansions). Try clearing your cache. Did you download the file? If so, perhaps try downloading it again. If you're listening to it in your web browser, perhaps try listening in a different browser.

You are correct - it can only be said lǎoshī. The PDF has been corrected. Thanks for pointing it out!

I just checked it and am not experiencing problems on my end. Can you provide some details of how it's not working? Thanks.

I don't think this counts, Mark. A clear sign of MPS, from what I understand, is being unfriendly to other foreigners or talking about China/Chinese as if you were the first person to (1) ever live in China and/or (2) speak Chinese. I think that hanging out in places were there aren't tons of foreigners is something a lot of people do in order to immerse themselves in the culture and avoid using English as a crutch.

Perhaps try logging out and logging back in. This often helps me if my dashboard doesn't update properly. In the meantime I'll investigate the issue. Let me know if logging out helped at all!

Another important difference is the introduction of the phrase 节哀顺变, which used for offering your condolences. It's a good one to remember, and one which we didn't cover in our Elementary lesson on bereavement.
