July 16, 2012 at 2:35 AM"The Great Sage is a spunky monkey"
...lol, bravo ...I love the picture this conjures up...yes, that is very fitting with your avatar, hehe, and who can't adore monkey in all his mischieveness ?.....and I must jump in first and say that RJ is the Japanese version tripitaka [the boy??? priest] in all this...I'll be pigsy, hehe.
Nice touch ending with a bard quote. You're dou in fine form which is so uplifting. :)

July 16, 2012 at 12:53 AM班主任 bànzhǔrén...oh, of course, thanks mate, that rings a bell. Was our friend Cassie filling that role at a uni in Fujian? Actually, what I was most surprised at was not that "someone" knew...but that this advice was given to a teacher as if a teacher was likely to ask about boyfriend/girlfriend status.

July 15, 2012 at 11:56 PM"agricultural hoof from the centre-half"
haha, I like it. I liked it when I heard it from Rugby commentators and I like your humble application of it here. Very good mate :)
"I possess only a humble arse"
haha, very good...though I'm not laughing at Tal's English which is second to none. Still, a little humour is what we all need, as long as it's in the right spirit.
"I don't see myself inviting Tal down the pub for a pijiu"
..fair enough, but I think if RJ and myself asked you each down unbeknownst to each other, a pijiu or two might be just the thing to wash all the silliness away, hehe. Still believe you could be great mates if you could just forget this thread. Jiayou pengyoumen :) :)

July 15, 2012 at 11:31 AMGreat first up questions Dusan and welcome to the CPod boards. Yeah, I was surprised by the intimate knowledge of the students lives in this lesson and was also wondering how much was artistic license...I guess I kinda presumed it was artistic license but was meaning to ask the same thing myself. I hope you get an informed answer. Keep the good questions coming. 欢迎朋友:)

July 15, 2012 at 11:05 AMChris, I'm curious, if this is the case, why [by implication] you were inclined to sit in the back in the past?

July 16, 2012 at 5:17 AMoh, thanks tingyun, so it is. I was lazy and just did a copy and paste job from bodawei blindly trusting him, as I'm inclined, wherever he may lead me. But we can't blame him. Being a fellow Aussie, he's used to viewing everything from what you'd call downunder, but we see the world like this:
http://about-australia-shop.com/images/products/Postcard:_Upside_Down_World_Map_4039.jpg
...however he now finds himself right down the bottom of that map, bottom right corner, going purple from hanging upside down in the cold, so ...who can blame his tones...looked at from his viewpoint, they're actually correct. It all makes sense to him. Jiayou bodawei, and don't change a thing mate or you'll really mess things up, hehe.
