It all depends on the context. A 快 (kuài) sentence can also have a feeling of hurrying someone, or telling someone to do something quickly; it will just depend on the tone of voice and context to know.
时间不早了,快走吧!
Shíjiān bù zǎo le, kuài zǒu ba!
It's getting late, hurry up and go!

保护 (bǎohù) means to protect, safeguard, as in:
我们要保护环境。
Wǒmen yào bǎohù huánjìng.
We need to protect the environment.
保重 (Bǎozhòng) means to take care (of oneself), as in:
保重身体
Bǎozhòng shēntǐ
Take care of your health.
请多多保重。
Qǐng duōduōbǎozhòng.
Please take good care of yourself.

The speaker in the expansion recording pronounces 哪里 as 2nd tone, 3rd tone Na2li3. Na here is officially 3rd tone, but when two 3rd tones are together, the first one will change to 2nd tone.
Generally, depending on accent, 哪里 will be pronounced either (nǎli), or as in the expansion recording.

Bùnéng zài cǎodì shang zǒu.
不可以在草地上走。
Bù kěyǐ zài cǎodì shang zǒu.
Both of these are correct, and have the same meaning.
