Just wanted to double check that you are referring to dialogue that is played at the beginning and end of each lesson. If so, I wanted to reassure you that the two voice actors that you hear in this particular dialogue is acted out by two native Mandarin Chinese teachers.
However, if there is something else that you feel isn't giving it that "native" 感觉 gan3 jue2, please let me know.

Good questions, 让我一一来解答 :)
1) both are terms for dresses. As there are so many types of dresses it's tough to give a firm rule, but my personal way of categorizingthe two would be 洋装 for cocktail type dress (somewhat more formal) and 連衣裙 would be more casual type dresses (maxi , summer type dressand whatnot). I would suggest going to Taobao and checking out all the different dress categories. It's pretty interesting.
2) Indeed. One of the uses of using 人家 is to 撒娇.
3) mmmm.... if you are talking about what I think you are talking about... there is another floral term that is more appropriate萎 from凋萎 (diao1 wei3 - to wilt). In fact themedical term for impotence is 阳痿, both wei, but different radicals.
4) We are both saying first tones with hua, but when combined with a neutral tone 儿 there will be a drop from the high first tone of hua to a lower sustaining quick tone of er, especially when emphasising things. This can sound like it's a forth tone but they are actually two first tones. I would really recommend the tones videos in the say it right series. We cover this particular topic. You may find it useful.

收 would be an appropriate verb to use in this context. You could try different variants with it.

Your sentences are correct and so are your explanations :)
The second question of whether you can substitue "会 hui4" in those sentences depends on the context.
First, with going to the movies, its best if you add the verb 去 to make it sound more natural.
If you said 明天我们会去看电影 Míngtiān wǒmen huì qù kàn diànyǐng it would sound like a declaration or an answer to a question. Let me give you two example contexts here.
你们明天晚上会看电影吗？ 会，我明天晚上会去看电影。Nǐmen míngtiān wǎnshàng huì kàn diànyǐng ma? Huì, wǒ míngtiān wǎnshàng huì qù kàn diànyǐng.
An answer: Will you guys go the the movies tomorrow night? Yes, we'll be going to the cinema tomorrow night?
明天晚上我们会去看电影，你要一起去吗？míngtiān wǎnshàng wǒmen huì qù kàn diànyǐng, nǐ yào yīqǐ qù ma?
A declaration: We will be going to the cinema tomorrow night, you wanna come?
If you simply want to express with a 90% plus certainty you will be at the cinema tomorrow you could say "我们明天会去看电影 wǒmen míngtiān huì qù kàn diànyǐng"
